  • What kind of amenities are at the campground?
    • We are lucky to be at the F.C.S.P., which is a very well maintained state park. Within the RockaDock grounds we have; 3 restroom/shower houses, firewood on site for purchase, park grills, picnic tables, a swimming area, 2 pavilions.
  • How do the paddling trips work?
    • You can paddle as much as you want or as little as you want, no need to register or pay anything extra for your general paddling. You will be given a program that includes maps for the multiple paddling options. These will have information on them like directions, a map of the paddling location, points of interest, estimated duration of the paddle and launch locations. More information here.

    •  Shuttling for 2024 will be available to some paddling options. Once you arrive you will be able to sign up for shuttle slots to various paddling options.
  • Where will I be camping? Do I reserve a spot?
    • RockaDock has an area of about 14 acres to spread out. All Primitive campers have free range to camp where they want within the area. RV spots are the only sites that can be reserved in advance, all others are first come first serve.
    • Car camping spots will be sectioned off and are claimed first come, first serve once the event begins.
  • Are there enough trees for hammocks?
    • We don’t have many trees at this venue due to a hurricane years ago. I suggest bringing a stand or making a set of DIY Turtle Dog Stands
